Teachers’ Orientation Programme – 2025–2026 Auxilium Convent School, Ahilyanagar

The Teachers’ Orientation Programme for the academic year 2025–2026 was held on 13th June at Auxilium Convent School, Ahilyanagar. Sr. Philomina D’Souza FMA conducted the session, beginning with a prayer and reflection on the evolving teacher-student relationship. She emphasized the importance of understanding today’s learners, using positive reinforcement, and applying the Salesian Preventive System based on Reason, Religion, and Loving-kindness.

The session also highlighted the role of educators in promoting ecological responsibility. An interactive discussion concluded the programme, setting an enthusiastic and reflective tone for the academic year.
